At Right Hand Ranch, we love our family the most. However, a close second is food! See below for some of our favorite recipes that use the tastiest beef around.

The Right HandBurger

Ingredients (to make 3 burgers)

  • 1 lb of Right Hand Ranch 88-12 ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. of Kinder’s “The Blend” seasoning
  • 4 tbsp. of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup italian style bread crumbs
  • 3 hamburger buns of your choice
  • Toppings of your choice (Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, Cheese, Mayo, etc.)

The Method

  • Preheat your grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl: mix your Right Hand Ranch ground beef, egg, seasoning, BBQ sauce, and bread crumbs. Be careful not to overmix as you’ll make the meat too tough.
  • Form the mix into three equal 1/3rd pound patties and BBQ for 3-4 minutes on each side (internal temp of 135 for a medium rare, 145 for medium, or 160 for well done).
  • Pull the patties off the grill, place them on a plate, and cover in foil to rest for 5 minutes
  • While the patties are resting, lightly toast your buns on the grill for 2-3 minutes
  • Assemble a patty, bun, condiments of your choice and enjoy!
