Our happy, plump cows are born and raised here at Right Hand Ranch. Their day-to-day agenda includes grazing, sun bathing, naps, and scratches. Truly the equivalent of a 5-star spa. When their time comes, all of our steers are butchered and packaged locally. There aren’t healthier, tastier cuts of meat around. Our 88-12 ground beef is our standard blend; however, if you want a little more flavor, you can request more fat added. (80/20 for example). This ground beef is guaranteed to make the hamburgers at your next BBQ a hit!

Our standard order sizes are 1/4, 1/2, and full shares. The standard beef shares diagram is based approximately off of a 1,200 pound weight. Actual purchase amounts may vary. (1/8 share purchases are not available at this time.)
Not all of our customers want the same combination of beef cuts. After securing your order, the butcher will contact you directly to customize your order.
